Sales Support Assistant

OMV Gas is an international natural gas trading company positioned in the B2B sector selling gas to industrial customers.

Feladatok:

contribute to reporting processes

ensure data maintenance in systems

cooperate with other departments

support Sales Managers during negotiations (market monitoring, offer preparation, CRM update)

support administrative and invoicing processes

support logistics and finance analytics

manage databases of the company

deal with contracts and related documents

Elvárások:

full-time student status at least for 2 years

pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field (Economics, IT, Engineering, Technology, Marketing)

excellent MS Office knowledge, must be a fan of Excel, Power BI is an advantage

high level English language skills

highly organized and respectful of deadlines

Munkaidő:

available to work min. 20 hours/week

flexible working hours
