We are looking for French-speaking Sales Support Specialists for our worldwide-known multinational partner. The company provides a professional working environment to advance your career! Both fresh graduates and senior candidates are welcome for the position.
As a Sales Support Specialist, your main tasks are:
- Working closely with the Logistics and Sales departments,
- Proceeding the orders to the SAP system,
- Creating and monitoring deliveries,
- Holding contact with the partners,
- Updating the Client’s data.
- Making reports and performing ad hoc administrative tasks
You are the ideal candidate for the position if you have:
- Strong and effective communication skills,
- A proactive and solutions-oriented attitude,
- A high level of precision and reliability,
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems,
- Fluent French and stable English language knowledge,
- University degree,
- Microsoft Excel skills.
