Own the timely, accurate entry of sales orders into the system, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs and expectations
Partner with internal teams, including Purchasing, to resolve non-standard orders and handle issues like margin blocks, credit breaches, or export controls
Examine customer orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and all other requirements are flawless before processing
Handle returns, process credits, and resolve any order or invoice queries with speed and efficiency, ensuring a right-first-time approach
Continuously update your systems knowledge, ensuring you stay on top of any changes and new tools to improve order management
Regularly collaborating with internal teams to obtain information related to sales order processing
Select the appropriate delivery service, configuration, and other value-added services as required by the customer.
Elvárások / Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
Strong command of spoken and written English and Dutch (German or French is a plus)
Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive results
High reliability, conscientiousness, and a proactive approach ensuring order accuracy
Basic MS Office knowledge (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
