Feladatok:

Order management for small accounts

Return processing in SAP

Price adjustments in orders

Stock availability check to inform dealers

General inquiries from clients

Report creation requested on demand by line manager

Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed

Help with process improvement activities

Elvárások:

Active or passive university student status

Advanced English and Italian language knowledge

Knowledge of MS Office (experience with Excel)

High level of customer care and communication skills

Munkaidő:

Working hours on weekdays (between 08:00-18:00)

Availability to work 30 hours per week with possibility to more if needed and agreed
