Our partner, a globally recognised leader in electronics and entertainment, is looking for a Commercial Investment Payment Specialist to join their Sales Business Operations team in Budapest.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely commercial investment and rebate payments across European markets. If you enjoy working with numbers, complex systems, and international stakeholders – and you value precision and accountability – this opportunity is for you.
Your new role:
- Manage end-to-end CI and rebate payment processes, including validation and execution
- Support business teams with rebate handling and SAP-based activities (reconciliation, target updates)
- Oversee Sales Out Allowance and Stock Compensation processes
- Prepare and document assessments using the Claim Validation Tool
- Ensure accurate, timely, and audit-compliant delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and maintain clear documentation
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, economics, accounting, or similar is an advantage).
- Confident in English, and at least B1-level German proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills (SQL, Access, or VBA knowledge is a plus).
- Experience working with SAP, preferably pricing or rebate-related functionalities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes.
