• Relevant Education: Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a comparable qualification.

  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of measurement technology, validation, electronics development, and associated engineering processes.

  • Software & Tooling: Proficient with test software, laboratory systems, test automation, and data analysis tools. Very good knowledge of MATLAB / MathWorks is required (for signal processing, script automation, and large dataset analysis).

  • ECAD & Data Models: Understanding of electronics CAD, schematic tools, ECAD data models, and component libraries.

  • Integration Skills: Experience with SAP integrations, PLM systems, engineering data flows, API interfaces, and databases.

  • Methodological Skills: Knowledge of validation standards (ISO, IEC, automotive), agile methodologies (User Stories, test cases), and experience in stakeholder management.

  • Communication & Environment: Excellent teamwork, strong analytical thinking, and very good English communication skills. Willingness to occasionally work in laboratories, test sites, and electronics workshops. Experience in complex environments (automotive, electronics manufacturing, sensor technology) is a plus.
