HR Business Partner

Our partner, a multinational airline holding company, is currently looking for an HR Business Partner to support their BSC in Budapest.

Business Support:

Provide HR and operational support to managers, ensuring compliance with the Hungarian Labour Code.

Advise on HR processes, address employee relations issues, and foster strong relationships with internal clients.

Operational HR:

Support performance management, conduct exit interviews, and handle disciplinary matters.

Coordinate employee satisfaction initiatives and maintain accurate job descriptions.

Policies & Reporting:

Develop and manage HR policies, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Assist with salary benchmarking, compensation processes, and payroll activities.

Provide support for performance appraisals and maintain HR data accuracy.

Recruitment:

Oversee recruitment for complex roles, align candidates with company needs, and coordinate hiring activities.

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration:

Drive HR process improvements, participate in trainings, and evaluate service quality. Elvárások / Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience in HR, legal, or social science

2-5 years experience in Human Resource Management

Previous Shared Service Center experience is an advantage

Excellent in written and spoken Hungarian and English
