At the heart of the Group is Avicenna International College (AIC), an established international educational institution with nearly 30 years of history and students from more than 50 countries.

We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow together with our organization.

This is not a traditional HR role focused only on administration. You will have the opportunity to participate in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR process improvement while working directly with management and different teams across the Group.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, likes solving problems, and is excited about helping build systems and processes in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements:

Good Hungarian and English communication skills

Strong organizational and communication abilities

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Interest in Human Resources, people development, and organizational culture

Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are an advantage

Previous experience in HR, administration, recruitment, customer service, education, healthcare, hospitality, or other people-focused environments is an advantage but not required

This is a full-time on-site position based in Budapest.
