Fixed Assets Accounting Manager

Our partner is an international service centre who is currently looking for a Manager in Fixed Assets Accounting.  

Your new role 

We are currently looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in fixed assets accounting to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, international environment.

• Owning fixed asset & lease accounting processes end-to-end
• Managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy
• Coordinating audit requests and supporting external/internal audits
• Leading and developing a small team (including offshore colleagues)
• Monitoring performance and handling escalations when needed
• Working closely with other finance teams and business stakeholders
• Overseeing outsourced service delivery and tracking KPIs
• Identifying process gaps and driving improvements/automation
• Contributing to reporting packs and management insight
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax, and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Experience in accounting/finance (ideally 5+ years)
• Team leadership experience (or are ready to step up)
• Confidence in month-end close, reporting, and audit support
• Openness to driving process improvements and efficiency
