As part of our strategic expansion in Hungary, we are seeking a Business Development professional in Budapest who will independently build and manage the local market while representing the company’s values over the long term.
The Role
This position is critical for market development in Hungary and requires a high level of independence, responsibility, and a market-building mindset. The successful candidate will act as the company’s representative in Hungary, working with a premium product portfolio and managing long-term projects. We are looking for a professional who, through business acumen, autonomy, and professional excellence, actively contributes to the long-term success of the Budapest market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively establish and expand our position in the Budapest architectural and design sector
- Generate and manage new business opportunities and projects
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with architects, interior designers, design studios, and contractors
- Professionally present premium stone materials and technical solutions
- Manage the full project sales cycle from first contact to order completion
- Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and facilitate business agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Organize work independently (combination of home office and field visits)
- Utilize CRM systems and prepare basic reports

Other Requirements
- Native-level Hungarian language skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Budapest with a good understanding of the local market
