Feladatok:
Support the development and optimization of the team's Responsive Content Library by uploading, organizing, and maintaining questionnaires and content to improve usability and AI readiness
Drafting and maintaining DDQ/RFP responses relating to BlackRock, our products, operating model, and value proposition, supporting the delivery of high-quality firmwide content
Manage assigned workload effectively, meet deadlines, and collaborate with team members to support shared objectives
Proactively communicate progress, identify potential issues, and escalate risks where appropriate
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, technology, and content management practices
Elvárások:
The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status for at least two more semesters
Ongoing studies in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments (e. g. , equities, fixed income, and derivatives), gained through coursework, internships, or personal interest
Well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with colleagues across different regions
Munkaidő:
Availability to work 30 hours per week
One-year opportunity with the possibility of extension
Flexible working schedule
Amit kínálunk:
2550 Ft/hour in gross

Previous internship, part-time work, or relevant university project experience
Experience in proposal management, client service, sales support, or a related business function
Familiarity with proposal management tools (e. g. , Responsive/RFPio, PMAPS, or Qvidian)
Progress toward professional qualifications such as the CFA or FRM
