Application Specialist Intern

Join Certara’s team and gain hands-on experience in product support, software testing, and scientific technology while working alongside experienced professionals! Feladat:

Handle clearly defined Tier‑2 support tickets with guidance from senior colleagues.

Execute routine test cases, document results, and create clear defect reports.

Update product documentation and internal knowledge‑base entries.

Support UX designers, developers, and product managers with domain‑specific insights.

Follow established testing, documentation, and support of workflows and templates.

Communicate findings clearly in English, sharing progress and asking targeted questions when needed.

Participate in team meetings, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and shadow senior specialists during customer calls, UAT cycles, and release activities.

Ongoing full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field

Strong command of English (written and spoken) (at least strong B2 level)

Availability to work 20 hours per week

Demonstrated interest in product support, testing, agile workflows, or UX research.

Strong scientific understanding and the ability to translate domain knowledge into software use‑case thinking.

Curiosity, precision, and a willingness to learn and grow in a complex scientific software environment.

Previous experience in a related field
