Customer Service Intern with German knowledge

Feladatok:

Develop strong understanding of GBS Europe processes and systems to provide effective support

Handle customer interactions across B2B and B2C channels, including intermediaries and fuel card customers

Manage customer communication via phone, email, fax, and written correspondence

Ensure accurate data entry, storage, updates, and secure handling of information

Monitor performance against KPIs such as customer satisfaction, service levels, and accuracy

Support effective use of IT systems across teams

Identify and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Promote a continuous improvement mindset within daily work

Comply with BP HSSE policies and safety standards

Follow all requirements defined in the GBS Europe Quality Management System (QMS)

Elvárások:

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree - already completed your first year at university

Intermediate English and advanced German knowledge both written and verbal

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)

Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy

Be able to invest at least 20-25 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
