Main Duties:

Ensuring the smooth day to day room service / in-room-dining operation

Supervising and developing all Colleagues of the Room Service

Leading by example: providing impeccable room service experience

Achieving room service operational objectives

Participation in marketing initiatives and implementations of new ideas

Guaranteeing and enabling that the team meets all standards

Conducting frequent quality checks

Reading and contesting P/L report

The Ideal Profile:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in fine-dining and/or 5-star hotel restaurant

Higher hospitality education

Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian languages

Proven track of complex management experience

High level of guest service skills & problem-solving skills

Professional self & corporate representation

Up-to-date knowledge of the Hungarian and international hospitality trends
