Ensure smooth operation of AP processes during both BAU and migration phases
Drive standardization, best practices, and efficiency improvement initiatives
Lead and develop the team (staffing, onboarding, training, performance management, coaching)
Manage stakeholder relationships, handle escalations, and act on feedback
Plan workload, ensure KPI and SLA targets are met, and maintain high-quality service delivery
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with policies
Lead strategic projects and promote a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Elvárások / Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience
At least 3 years in an international SSC environment
Proven leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP) and advanced MS Office skills
Fluent English
