Maintain accurate payroll records and process payroll-related transactions
Review, verify, and reconcile payroll data before each payroll cycle
Handle salary adjustments, deductions, tax-related entries, and timekeeping information
Prepare recurring payroll reports and support internal reporting requests
Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and company standards
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Investigate discrepancies and contribute to issue resolution activities
Support payroll audits and documentation requirements
Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows and operational efficiency
Elvárások / Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field
Previous experience in payroll administration or payroll operations
Understanding of payroll processes, taxation principles, and employment related regulations
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with payroll and workforce management systems
