Coordinate and oversee end-to-end payroll activities across various regions
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to payroll team members
Monitor payroll quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
Manage complex payroll cases and resolve operational escalations
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and external service providers
Maintain payroll controls and ensure adherence to internal procedures
Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives
Analyze payroll performance and recommend process enhancements
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement projects
Contribute to strategic payroll and workforce-related initiatives
Elvárások / Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Extensive experience in payroll operations within an international environment
Previous team coordination or people management experience
Strong knowledge of payroll controls, taxation concepts, and compliance requirements
Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
