As a Senior Plant Controller, you will be a trusted advisor to plant and regional leadership, driving financial performance through insightful analysis, robust planning, and strategic decision support. You will play a key role in optimizing operational results, strengthening financial transparency, and developing best-in-class controlling processes. Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Partner with Operations and Finance teams to drive financial performance and support business decisions.
• Support the implementation of new manufacturing operations, equipment, and master data in the ERP system.
• Manage month-end controlling activities, including cost reviews, accruals, and financial data validation.
• Analyze plant performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key cost and operational drivers.
• Develop and improve reporting tools and KPI dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve controlling processes and enhance financial transparency.

Elvárások / Requirements

• 5+ years finance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English

• Strong analytical skills as well as conceptual thinking

• Proven Communication and business partnering skills

• Digital mindset, ability to work with complex systems and analyze data sets

• Studies in economics / business administration with a focus on finance / controlling
