Regional Asset Management Specialist

• Act as the Regional Asset Coordinator
• Partner with Cluster Managers, Site Leads, SMEs, and the Global Product Owner to execute asset strategies.
• Support key life cycle activities: (End-user laptop refresh programmes, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures)
• Improve data quality and contribute to process optimisation
• Enhance ServiceNow forms and workflows in collaboration with technical teams
• Work closely with CX and SITS stakeholders to improve data usage and reporting
• Prioritise tasks effectively and make data-driven decisions in a high-demand environment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and challenge existing processes to drive efficiency

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, ideally in asset management or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT or related field; equivalent experience accepted)
• Strong experience with: ServiceNow, Excel, PowerBI
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions
