Pricing Supervisor (Air Freight Operations)

Our partner is looking for a Pricing Supervisor (Air Freight Operations ) who can coordinate complex pricing activities, support strategic business decisions, and act as a key link between international partner offices, agents, and internal stakeholders across the Eurasian region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded air freight professional who enjoys combining operational expertise, analytical thinking, and regional coordination responsibilities within a highly visible and evolving international setup.

Feladatok

Coordinating and preparing quotations in line with pricing strategy and commercial objectives

Supporting strategic pricing decisions with a strong business mindset

Managing and maintaining quotation and pricing-related documentation and databases

Preparing detailed cost calculations and pricing analyses

Negotiating and maintaining cost agreements with subcontractors and partners

Coordinating with international partner offices and agents across multiple territories

Supporting regional operational and commercial alignment

Preparing reports, analyses, and operational overviews

Acting as a key interface between operational, pricing, and commercial stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with internal processes and operational standards

Elvárások

Minimum 5 years of experience within different areas of air freight forwarding operations and pricing

Strong understanding of AFR forwarding operations and pricing processes

Advanced English and Russian language skills

Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Good knowledge of CW1 and other DGF applications

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Commercial mindset with strong ownership attitude

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced international environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
