Our partner in Debrecen is looking for a Polish speaking Customer Service Representative. In this position you will handle customer inquiries, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Feladatok
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking and resolving issues.
Collaborate with various departments to solve complex technical problems.
Educate customers on product usage and benefits.
Elvárások
B2-C1 level Polish and at least B2 level English knowledge
Finished High school education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
