Payroll Specialist

Feladatok

Process and validate UK payroll data

Review payroll calculations, taxes, and deductions

Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and SOX requirements

Prepare regular payroll reports

Resolve payroll-related issues and support employees

Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation

Identify and implement process improvements

Support payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Elvárások

Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of payroll experience

At least 1 year of UK payroll experience

Strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll tax, and HR regulations

Fluent English communication skills

Excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail

Experience with Kronos or other time & attendance systems

ADP experience is an advantage

Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for process improvement
