Legal Reporting Intern

Vodafone Shared Services Budapest (VSSB) is the international service center of the Vodafone Group, operating in Hungary since 2007. The company plays a key role in supporting Vodafone's global operations across multiple areas, such as finance, IT, HR, procurement, and business analysis.

Feladatok:

Running and maintaining weekly global legal workload reports

Producing ad hoc reports as required

Auditing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) data to ensure accuracy and quality

Identifying data issues and coordinating resolutions with the Reporting Lead

Ensuring data reliability to support reporting and business decision-making

Managing contract repository uploads across the Vodafone Business footprint

Supporting internal stakeholders with document retrieval and related queries

Providing general operational and administrative support as needed

Elvárások:

Active or passive full-time student status for at least one more year

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Munkaidő:

Flexible work schedule on weekdays

Being able to work 20 hours per week according to agreed schedule

Needs to be available for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 hours a day

Working on Mondays is highly preferred because of the weekly reports

Amit kínálunk:

2600 Ft/hour in gross

Six-month long internship position with the possibility of extension
