HR Trainee-Dutch speaking

FrieslandCampina is one of the sixth largest dairy companies across the globe. They produce and sell products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts.

Feladatok:

Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into their systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration

Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into the systems in full and on time and in line with internal policies and local/global regulations

Connecting' data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives

Supporting their knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date

Collaborating with other teams within and outside HR

Receive coaching & guiding from experienced HR colleagues and leaders

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status

Ongoing studies related to HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Training Development

Excellent communication (spoken and written) in Dutch and English

Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools

Eagerness to learn and ability to bring a high dose of service orientation

Strong attention to details, the ability to work precisely and independently

Prooblem solving and prioritization skills, a real can do attitude

Munkaidő:

Availability to work at least 25 hours/week
