Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for Dutch-speaking Order Management Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working set up. Both fresh graduates and experienced colleagues are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Examining customer orders, ensuring efficient order entry
- Checking if purchase order details are correct
- Communicating with customer executives regarding the orders in questions
- Resolving order and invoice queries
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 0-2 years' experience in order management
- Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
