Providing support via phone, email and chat for customers regarding shipment and delivery enquiries
Tracking parcels, investigating delivery issues
Coordinating with operational teams for the most optimal resolution
Managing customer cases, delivery amendments and records
Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional service
Elvárások
Strong language skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
At least finished High School education
Willingness to work in two shifts (08:00-16:30; 11:30-20:00)
