French Speaking Cash Collections Specialist

With their pumps and pump solutions, they set the standard and keep raising the bar when it comes to water and energy efficiency and protecting the environment.

Feladatok:

Prompt, proactive, and effective communication with external customers on daily basis, with obtaining current information on outstanding cash

Register payment promises

Daily handling of order releases as per DOA

Perform account reconciliations, reduce account aging as much as possible

Establish clear and concise communication with debtors, internal and external stakeholders

Escalate issues to appropriate internal and external contacts in order to minimize past due and bad debt and improve DSO

Preparation and attending reoccurring cash calls

Support the operation of the one finance, participates in collaboration forums

Keeps contact with the affected stakeholders and key contact persons

Support projects related to assigned processes

Elvárások:

Fluent English (C1 level)

Knowledge of French language

Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status for 6-12 months

MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)

Munkaidő:

Availability to work 20-25 hours per week

Position available until January 2027

Amit kínálunk:

Gross salary: 2650 Ft/hour
