Data Analyst – EHS & Incident Management

The Germany-based company is a leading global provider of elevator technology, operating an extensive service and branch network worldwide. Its diverse portfolio includes passenger and freight elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and customized service solutions for customers globally. Backed by strong financial performance, the business was recently acquired by an international investor consortium in one of the largest European buyouts of the decade.

Role Overview: Responsible for operating and improving OSH/EHS (Occupational Safety and Health / Environment, Health and Safety) systems, data quality, and incident management across BU EA. Acts as the central point for incident tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation, bridging the gap between OSH, IT, and business teams.

Core Focus Areas

Data & Analytics (Power BI): Transition Excel reporting into dynamic data models and dashboards; ensure data accuracy for executive decision-making.

Safety & Incident Systems: Administer internal EHS tools, coordinate system-based incident reporting, and track incidents from notification to closure.

Support & Training: Act as 1st-line system support for troubleshooting; develop training materials and user guides for end-users.

Information Management: Maintain and structure OSH SharePoint sites and hubs. Elvárások / Requirements

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, systems support, or an EHS environment.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and basic data modeling.

Experience with structured databases; familiarity with SQL or cloud environments (Azure) is an advantage.

Practical experience with digital incident reporting and tracking tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, Safety Management, or Engineering.

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
