Business Process Analyst

For our international partner, we are looking for an experienced Business Product Analyst (BPA) with Data analysis experience from the aviation industry to join a Data & Technology organization supporting critical workforce and operational planning processes and related business applications.

Description

We are looking for a Senior business analyst for team: Schedule to Commercial. The analyst needs to have affinity with data analysis and diving into details, analytical, and communicative. Experience with the airline industry and knowledge of airline reservations systems.

Key Requirements:

Senior Business Analyst experience (minimum 5 years)

Strong business process analysis and process design skills

Strong data analysis mindset with a passion for diving into details

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships easily

Detailed Requirements:

Ability to analyze business processes and create process designs

Ability to clearly explain processes and the impact of changes to business stakeholders

Ability to identify potential issues and risks and communicate them transparently

Ability to perform detailed data analysis, identify discrepancies, and understand root causes

Ability to create accurate reports and clearly communicate findings and insights

Clear, open, and transparent communication style

Ability to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

Experience in the airline or aviation industry

Understanding of flight booking and reservation processes

Knowledge of the difference between voluntary and involuntary rebooking

Understanding of what is required for a flight to be displayed in reservation systems

Experience with BPMN modeling

Experience using Enterprise Architect

Experience using Collibra
