Transactional Buyer (US-support, afternoon-shift)

Our multinational client is seeking a Fresh-Grad or Junior Operational/Transactional Buyer for their centralized procurement hub in Székesfehérvár. Responsible for purchase order processing and procurement administrative support for USA-based business units, this role requires excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work an afternoon shift. • Provide procurement administrative support service

• Built strong relations with customers/suppliers

• Ensure that service is provided with the agreed turnaround time

• Ensure statutory requirements are met in every country serviced

• Respond location and supplier inquiries by e-mails and telephone in a timely manner

Maintain Internal Audit and SOX compliance at Procurement Service Center Team. Elvárások / Requirements

Basic:

• At least secondary school certificate

• English language capabilities

• Adaptation to working in afternoon shift is required due to different time zones

Preferred:

• University or college degree

• Additional language skills (German, French or Spanish)

• Procurement/ Requisition to Pay experience
