Strategy and Data Analytics

Our multinational partner is looking for a Data & Strategy Analyst in Budapest with a hybrid working setup.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance and client activity

• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders

• Support recurring sales and leadership reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Technology)

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems

• Contribute to the transition to modern BI tools (e. g. Power BI)

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence

• Strong knowledge of Power BI or Tableau

• Experience with SQL or data tools (e. g. Databricks, Alteryx)

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with sales or client-related data

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms
