Spanish speaking Accounts Payable Accountant Trainee

As part of this dynamic and growing organization, you will gain valuable insight into finance operations in a multinational environment.

Feladatok:

Supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) team in daily operations

Processing incoming invoices accurately and efficiently

Ensuring compliance with service levels, internal policies, and procedures

Assisting the AP team and project stakeholders during the ramp-up phase of the Shared Service Center

Providing administrative support and contributing to various finance-related initiatives

Elvárások:

Active or passive university student status

Ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong English and active Spanish language skills

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Interest in working in a Shared Service Center environment

Proactive attitude with motivation to take initiative and drive improvements

Munkaidő:

Flexible schedule on weekdays

Minimum 20 hours per week

Amit kínálunk:

2400 Ft/hour in gross
