Feladatok

Supporting and improving manufacturing-related quality processes

Interpreting, monitoring, and integrating customer quality requirements into daily operations

Investigating complaints, deviations, and non-conformities, and initiating corrective actions

Preparing quality reports, analyses, and action plans

Supporting audit preparation and participating in internal and customer audits

Monitoring production data, defect statistics, and quality KPIs

Taking an active role in continuous improvement projects

Applying quality tools, methodologies, and standards in practice

Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues

Collaborating closely with production, engineering, logistics, and customer-facing teams

Elvárások

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Minimum 4–5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment

Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Independent and responsible way of working

Strong communication skills and confident presence
