SALES SPECIALIST (Construction Products)

About the role:

They are looking for a Sales Specialist West (Hungary) to strengthen their Construction division. This is a generalist sales role, covering all Husqvarna Construction product groups across Western Hungary.

You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding their dealer and rental network, and supporting key customers and projects. The role requires a strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding and hands-on customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and market share in Western Hungary across all product groups

Develop and expand dealer and rental partner Network

Identify and manage key projects and large construction investments

Acquire and develop new customers and end-users

Prepare, follow up and close quotations

Organize and execute product demonstrations, trainings and workshops

Provide on-site technical and commercial support to customers

Support cross-regional cooperation on projects and share best practices

Increase product competence and usage across partners (machines + diamond tools)

Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline in CRM

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (construction or technical field is an advantage)

Fluent Hungarian, basic English knowledge preferred (advanced English is an advantage)

Strong technical affinity and willingness to learn

Proven ability to develop customers and close deals

Proactive, independent and results-driven personality

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Category B driving license
