Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Consultant / Sales Associate role based in Budapest. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales enquiries, actively developing new business opportunities, carrying out move surveys, preparing quotations, following up with clients and supporting the full sales process from first contact to booking confirmation.

A key part of the role will be proactive new client acquisition, including identifying potential customers, contacting prospects, building relationships and helping the branch grow its local and international customer base.

The role requires close cooperation with operations, customer service, international clients and AGS branches worldwide, therefore fluent English and its active daily use are essential.

Main responsibilities

Handle incoming sales enquiries from private and corporate clients.

Actively look for and develop new business opportunities.

Identify and contact potential new clients and business partners.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects, corporate clients and relocation partners.

Arrange and conduct move surveys.

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.

Follow up systematically with clients and prospects.

Maintain customer contact throughout the sales process.

Communicate regularly in English with international clients, partners and AGS branches.

Work closely with operations to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated.

Update CRM / internal systems with sales activities and client information.

Support the branch in achieving sales targets and growing the customer base.

Candidate profile

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service or logistics.

Experience in the moving / relocation industry is an advantage, but not essential.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Fluent English is required. English must be used actively in daily work.

Confidence in contacting new clients and developing business opportunities.

Hunter type attitude

Ability to follow up leads and meet deadlines.

Good attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Confident user of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
