RMC & PRECAST SENIOR ANALYST - Slovak/Hungarian

RMC & PRECAST SENIOR ANALYST - Slovak/Hungarian

Responsibilities:

Project management of the company's non-cement segments

Conducting business and operational analyses to identify business risks, supporting management in continuously improving business performance

Developing and improving scope frameworks throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with quality and performance standards, while proactively identifying and assessing potential risks

Monitoring and evaluating project objectives and performance indicators, preparing actionable analyses and recommendations to improve efficiency and successfully achieve business outcomes

Developing analytical approaches, automation solutions, and process simplifications for assigned projects

Preparing feasibility studies and business cases for organic development and M&A opportunities

Supporting integration processes

Maintaining effective communication with internal partners across all non-cement business segments

Reporting project results and/or risks, and escalating issues when necessary, in line with the project work plan

Requirements:

Higher education degree in economics or finance

At least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following roles: business analyst, risk analyst, or financial analyst

Project management knowledge

Very good MS Office skills

Strong analytical thinking

Fluent English or Slovak language skills

A practical approach, curiosity, and collaborative skills
