Quality Assurance Engineering Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineering Team Leader for our international manufacturing partner — someone who can independently coordinate the operation of their assigned quality area, support the fulfillment of customer expectations, and professionally lead and develop their team.

Feladatok

Professional leadership of Quality Engineers and Technicians

Supporting team development, identifying training needs, and providing professional guidance

Supporting the handling of customer complaints

Professional support during customer audits and visits

Coordinating preparation for internal and external audits

Reviewing quality reports, KPIs, and analyses

Supervising failure analyses, root cause investigations, and corrective actions

Supporting the introduction of new quality methods, processes, and tools

Cooperating closely with production, process engineering, customer-facing teams, and other departments

Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and monitoring their implementation

Elvárások

University degree in Engineering or another technical field

4–5 years of quality assurance experience within a manufacturing company

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Leader, Group Leader, or professional supervisory role

Active and confident English communication skills, both written and spoken

Experience in audits, customer complaint handling, or quality-related projects

Confident yet supportive leadership approach

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Practical, solution-oriented mindset

Ability to align multiple stakeholders and areas simultaneously

Knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments

Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 or other quality management standards

Experience using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, or similar methodologies Experience in change management or process improvement projects
