PRODUCTION LEADER

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production activities based on customer demand

Organize production schedules and optimize shift planning

Lead and supervise daily production operations across three shifts

Manage and develop production, maintenance, and operational teams

Oversee internal logistics, inventory management, and quality control processes

Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and unexpected repairs with the maintenance team and external service providers

Monitor production performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Work closely with senior management on operational planning and decision-making

Support recruitment activities together with the HR team

What we're looking for:

University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field

At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Professional working proficiency in English

A valid Category B driving licence

Strong production planning and people management skills

Nice to have:

Experience in the plastics, recycling, or waste management industry

German language skills

International work experience
