Personal Assistant

We are hiring for our partner who is building a new, fast-growing hub and are looking for a Personal Assistant to support executives.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant, you independently manage a broad range of executive support tasks, including calendar management, organizing international meetings and workshops, and coordinating business travel.
You communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners across different countries, primarily in English.
You prepare professional presentations and handle documentation, reports, and meeting minutes in English.
You enjoy building relationships and maintaining effective communication with internal and external contacts in an international environment.
In addition, you coordinate and support project management activities, complementing your organizational and administrative expertise

Requirements

Several years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant in an international environment
Commercial or academic background, with strong administrative and organizational skills
Advanced MS Office proficiency
Fluent English communication skills
Reliable, well-structured, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
