Description:
Lead and develop a payroll and social security team of 15 specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong collaboration.
Oversee end-to-end payroll and social security processes for white-collar populations, including quality control and compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
Act as the main expert contact for payroll-related topics towards HR, finance and senior business stakeholders.
Prepare and present HR Services / payroll topics in management and HR board meetings.
Drive process improvements, standardisation and system utilisation to increase efficiency and data quality.
