Manage the day-to-day operations of the cash and bank payments team, ensuring accurate and timely payments

Support internal and external audits and provide the necessary documentation

Manage the team’s capacity and workload, ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are met

Developing a team culture that supports the attraction and retention of talent

Establishing and operating effective internal controls

Supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure the efficient operation of processes

Maintaining contact with internal and external partners, handling escalated issues

Keeping process descriptions and knowledge management up to date within the team

Elvárások

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting

5+ years of experience in a Shared Service Center environment

Experience leading a team of at least 7–10 people

Knowledge of SAP or Oracle

Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment
