National Key Account Manager

Our partner company is a leading international food manufacturer with a strong presence in the global market. The company provides high-quality products to customers worldwide and is continuously growing its market presence. We are currently looking for a National Key Account Manager to join their team, responsible for developing sales channels, strengthening partner relationships, and driving market growth.

Tasks:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Traditional Trade partners, including national customers such as CBA and Coop, as well as local store networks

Understand and meet the needs and requirements of the customers.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

Identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.

Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements

3+ years of successful experience in sales, FMCG background required

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Experience in developing business cases and sales forecasting

Strong negotiation, influencing skills, customer focused approach

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proactive and self-motivated, result driven approach.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics

Good English is a must (for reporting to head office)
