To strengthen our German IT-Operations team, we are looking for a dedicated IT-Systemadministrator who will support our company in the secure and efficient design of our IT system landscape.
Your responsibilities:
Administration and further development of the Enterprise Service Management system (Matrix42 ESM)
Administration and further development of our software deployment system (Matrix42 Empirum)
Management and administration in the area of client management
Collaboration within the license management team (Matrix42 ESM)
Support in the administration and further development of our identity management system (Tenfold)
Collaboration within the Global Security Team
Global management, administration, and continuous improvement of our endpoint security system (Matrix42 EgoSecure / Bitdefender BEST)
Participation in second-level support
Planning, designing, administering, and supporting various IT systems
Participation in global IT projects
Coordination of external service providers within the scope of responsibilities
