The Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU is a senior Supply Chain role with top management high visibility (strategy) and operational collaboration (execution) that defines and drives the European inventory strategy across the 9 Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of Adhesives technologies (HAT), balancing service level and cost to serve.
The role leads inventory excellence through governance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chain best practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization, to achieve aligned inventory targets.
The dimension of the role is given by the direct steering of Cash net working capital (450MEUR), impact on turnover (3. 5 BEUR x Year) and portfolio complexity of> 100. 000 elements What you´ll do
Inventory Strategy & Performance (60%)
Own and implement end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains
Define, cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional and global standards
Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
Drive inventory governance through structured review cadence, dashboards, and reporting
Partner with functional leaders, SBUs, and Process & Systems teams to optimize processes and systems
Support decision-making with clear insights and recommendations
Leadership & Collaboration (40%)
Facilitate the EU Inventory Steering Committee chaired by AOE Head
Represent Europe in the Global Inventory Community of Practice
Lead cross-functional and cross-regional alignment with GSC and SBUs
Coordinate planning network heads and project teams to ensure execution of initiatives Elvárások / Requirements
What makes you a good fit
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (Bachelor optional depending on proven experience)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or transformation roles
Strong expertise in KPI management, data analytics (e. g. Power BI), ERP systems
Proven project and change management experience
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with global and regional colleagues
Positive attitude and desire to work towards beneficial solutions
