- Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged operations team
- Support talent retention and team stability through active mentorship
- Drive service strategy aligned with broader organizational goals
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage resource allocation to ensure SLA compliance and operational coverage
- Lead regional projects focused on process optimization and service standardization
- Monitor KPIs and service levels, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational alignment and efficiency
Elvárások / Requirements
- Relevant degree in business or HR
- 5+ years supervising teams in centralized HR operations
- Global background leading cross-border or complex matrix teams
- Strong grasp of standard employment workflows and services
- Seamless collaboration with finance, technology, and business units
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR technologies, reporting frameworks, and KPI monitoring
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
