Our partner in the aviation industry is looking for an HR Operations Assistant to provide operational and administrative support.
International HR Administration: Manage and execute HR processes for employees based in various global locations.
Data Management: Execute employee data updates and complete administrative transactions with high levels of speed and precision.
Workflow Oversight: Evaluate and authorize Employee Self-Service requests while adhering to established internal protocols.
System Maintenance: Build, update, and manage organizational position data within SAP SuccessFactors.
Technical Support: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to facilitate HR administration and safeguard data integrity.
Document Control: Oversee HR documentation and personnel records in strict accordance with document management standards.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all activities align with relevant internal procedures, navigating different process frameworks as required.
Quality Assurance: Regularly audit data quality to identify and resolve discrepancies or escalate complex issues.
Stakeholder Assistance: Offer professional administrative guidance and support to internal stakeholders with a service-first mindset.
Global Coordination: Collaborate with HR peers worldwide and specialized support teams at headquarters to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Information Security: Manage sensitive personnel information with the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion. Elvárások / Requirements
Demonstrated experience in administrative support, preferably within an HR environment
Intermediate level of English and French language knowledge in written and spoken
Strong data entry and administrative processing skills
Affinity with HR systems and digital tools
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM is an advantage
Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records
Good organizational and communication skills
