We are looking for a visionary HR Manager to drive excellence at our Partner's manufacturing division in Hungary. Reporting directly to the Business Head, you will be the strategic heartbeat of our operations.

Your goal is to design, improve, and sustain a vibrant work environment where high productivity meets genuine employee engagement. You will balance the precision of administrative systems with the art of human relations to build a harmonious, high-morale workplace.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Engagement: Foster a loyal, motivated, and non-unionized workforce through proactive employee interfacing and morale-boosting activities.  
  • Operational Mastery: Oversee the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and induction to payroll, performance management, and separation.  
  • Compliance & Diplomacy: Act as the primary liaison with statutory bodies, ensuring 100% compliance with labor laws, safety licenses, and environmental regulations.  
  • Organizational Growth: Lead manpower budgeting, identify skill gaps, and implement high-impact training programs for supervisors and operators.  

Elvárások / Requirements

The Leader We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: You bring 10+ years of rich expertise in personnel, administration, and labor relations within manufacturing.  
  • Leadership Track Record: You have spent at least 4–5 years in a mid-to-large-sized setup.  
  • Education: You hold a Graduate degree and have at least fluent English language knowledge.
  • The Mindset: You are a systematic problem-solver with a "customer service" orientation for both internal and external stakeholders.
