Government Relations Expert

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead government relations and external affairs for an Asian-owned company, ensuring strong alignment between the company’s strategic objectives and the Hungarian regulatory and stakeholder environment.

Feladatok

Build and maintain effective relationships with national and local government bodies, authorities, and regulators

Act as the company’s representative in official discussions, industry forums, and stakeholder consultations

Track and interpret regulatory and political developments, providing strategic insights to senior leadership

Shape and implement external affairs strategies in line with business objectives and corporate values

Facilitate permitting, licensing, and other administrative procedures

Develop executive briefings, stakeholder updates, and decision-support materials

Elvárások

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Affairs, ommunications, International Relations, or other field

Deep understanding of Hungarian regulatory, and cultural landscape

Experience working with multinational companies

Fluent in Hungarian and English both oral and written

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and strategic foresight
