Feladatok:
Support the management and reconciliation of customer accounts
Assist with cash collection activities and follow up on outstanding invoices
Contact customers via phone and email to obtain required documents and information
Help investigate and resolve customer account queries and payment-related issues
Monitor customer portfolios and maintain accurate account records
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and support administrative tasks
Escalate customer disputes or payment issues when necessary and support their resolution
Elvárások:
Ongoing university studies with active or passive student status for at least 6 more months from onboarding
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics or related field – at least completed the first year of studies
B2 level English and German language skills
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Basic knowledge of SAP
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
Munkaidő:
Be able to invest at least 20-25 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
