Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a German or French-speaking Order Management Specialist in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:
- Order tracking, resolution of issues and queries
- Daily communication with customers, vendors and other departments
- Process orders, participate in pricing and invoicing
- Contribution to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Fluency in French/German and English
- 1-2 years' experience in order management or logistics or buying
- Customer centred mindset and excellent communication skills
